Hotel Grand Saigon Ho Chi Minh City

This hotel was fantastic, with luxurious amenities such as a beautiful swimming pool, sauna, Snack bar, and Spa centre. the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was large and spacious, with exclusive advantages such as comfortable bedding and a private terrace.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was not heated and therefore was quite cold, which made it difficult to enjoy a swim. Despite this, the sun terrace was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

We had a great stay at the hotel with fantastic service from the staff. The location was perfect, close to many attractions like the famous local markets, the cathedral, and in a quiet area. The breakfast provided a great selection of both local and western food. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Everything was spot on.

The staff at the reception were friendly and efficient, and their English was good. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many attractions. And let's not forget the breakfast, it was really good, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to start off each day.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the shower door in my room leaked a little, resulting in a small pool of water near the door after each use.

Our recent stay in the city center was a great choice. The location near the famous Opera House made it easy to explore the busy area of District 1 in Saigon. We found a supermarket nearby, which made it convenient to pick up essentials. And, with plenty of dining options nearby, we never felt too far from the action. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. We enjoyed the charming view of the courtyard from our spacious and well-maintained room.

The elevators were a bit slow.

Spacious and elegant rooms, with an amazing outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of tasty options. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful tips and suggestions. Great location, close to several attractions and amenities. Memorable first impression of the city.

We were delighted with the fine French colonial-style building and its central pool and rooftop bar. We enjoyed the range of tasty canapés at the sky lounge happy hour, but the standout feature was the great, reasonably-priced bar with very nice views. we highly recommend this hotel.
